The record-breaking real estate market cycle in Greater Vancouver, longer than normal at seven consecutive years, ended in 2008 amidst global economic challenges. The change brought relief from rising prices that saw benchmark prices escalate from $357,770 for a single family detached home in December 2001 to $648,421 by December 2008. The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that sales of detached, attached and apartment properties decreased 35.3 per cent in 2008 to 24,626 sales compared to 38,050 sales in 2007. I have spent many years focusing on good health. As any of my friends would tell you, I am passionate about sharing what I know. This includes my knowledge and insights on: nutrition, exercise, stress reduction & homeopathic medicine. Putting all I have on these subject would make this blog far too long. However, for those that would like to know more, I have a great deal of information available on any of the above topics and will happily share it on request. One small personal note: I used to date a nutritionist and after eating healthy foods for a few months my eye color changed from hazel to blue. Did not even know that could happen.

The other two that I know about are now long gone.
